Quality Manager (m/f/d)

We are delighted to announce the opening of our new facility in Pune and are seeking a dedicated team member (m/f/d) to join our team from day one – ready to take on responsibility and support our launch phase:

These exciting tasks await you

  • Implement and maintain QM system (ISO 9001), create and improve work and test instructions, QL manual, control plans and supplier specifications
  • Manage measuring room activities and test execution, including measurement system analysis (MSA) and external test orders
  • Oversee complaint & sampling management for customers and suppliers, prepare acceptance certificates and archive reference samples and test data
  • Plan and conduct audits (internal, customer, supplier, certification) and prepare monthly quality reports for MULLER TEXTILES Group
  • Support corrective actions & CIP projects, provide technical QA consulting and train staff on quality topics
  • Manage administrative Quality tasks (shift schedules, vacation planning, documentation retention) and liaise with project teams on tolerances and data sheets

What you should bring with you

  • Education: technical qualification or university degree with further training in quality management/measurement technology
  • Experience: proven experience in quality management and working with measuring/testing equipment, ideally in a production environment
  • Expertise: ISO 9001, automotive core tools (FMEA, PPAP, control plan, MSA), calibration/testing fundamentals
  • Languages: fluent English written and spoken, Marathi and/or Hindi advantageous
  • Personal traits: solution-oriented, independent, process-thinking, careful and reliable
