We are delighted to announce the opening of our new facility in Pune and are seeking a dedicated team member (m/f/d) to join our team from day one – ready to take on responsibility and support our launch phase:

These exciting tasks await you

  • Full employee lifecycle management: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance monitoring, and exits
  • Drafting and managing employment contracts and payroll documentation; coordinate payroll with external tax advisors
  • Ensure compliance with labor, payroll tax and social security laws and maintain audit-proof HR records
  • Primary HR contact for management, supervisors, employees and external authorities
  • Drive retention, employee branding and employee engagement initiatives
  • Manage workforce services (employment transport, canteen, uniforms) and related vendor coordination
  • Occupational safety & training: prepare documentation, run trainings and coach shift leaders on leadership topics
  • Operational support & office admin: assist Operations Manager with day-to-day HR tasks and safety management

What you should bring with you

  • Education: commercial training or degree in HR, Law, or Business Administration; additional HR qualifications is a plus
  • Experience: several years as HR generalist, ideally in a production/manufacturing environment
  • Expertise: strong knowledge of labor law, social security and payroll tax; experience with payroll provider and time-recording systems; MS-Office proficiency
  • Languages: fluent English, Marathi and/or Hindi desirable
  • Personal skills: structured, hands-on, flexible, resilient, empathic yet assertive, discreet and loyal
